This Privacy Policy explains how Marketing AI Lab ("we", "us", "the Site") collects, uses, and protects information when you use https://marketingailab.app.
1. Who is responsible for your data (Data Controller)
Marketing AI Lab is operated by Suzane Bajester, based in Lithuania (EU).
2. What data we collect
a) Information you provide
When you use the AI Marketing Strategy Generator, you submit business-related information through a form, including: your industry/niche, target audience, product or service, campaign goal, target audience location, estimated budget range, campaign duration, and campaign language. This form does not ask for your name or email address, and is designed to be used without identifying you personally.
Optionally, you may provide your company website URL. If provided, this URL is accessed by our AI processor to gather publicly available information about your company, in order to generate more relevant recommendations. Please only submit a website you are authorized to share for this purpose, and be aware that if this URL contains personal information (for example, a personal portfolio site), that information may be processed as part of generating your report.
Please note: Avoid entering personal data (such as names, email addresses, or other identifiable information) in free-text fields, as we cannot guarantee such data will be excluded from processing.
b) Automatically collected information
When you visit the Site, we use cookies and similar technologies to collect:
- Usage and analytics data (via Google Analytics), such as pages visited, time on site, and general location (country/city level, derived from IP address)
- Security-related technical data (via Cloudflare), used to protect the Site from bots and abuse
Cookies that are not strictly necessary (such as Google Analytics) are only set after you provide consent through our cookie banner, managed by Cookiebot. You can withdraw consent at any time by changing your cookie preferences at the bottom of the site.
3. How we use your data
We use the information described above to:
- Generate your AI-powered marketing strategy report
- Understand how visitors use the Site, to improve it
- Protect the Site against abuse, spam, and security threats
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
4. Who we share data with (Processors)
To operate the Site, we rely on the following third-party service providers, who process data on our behalf:

5. International data transfers
Some of our providers (including OpenAI and Google) may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including in the United States. Where this occurs, transfers are safeguarded under the providers' Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent approved mechanisms recognized under GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
6. How long we keep data
- Business information submitted through the form is processed to generate your report and is not stored in a permanent database by us. It may be temporarily retained by our processors (OpenAI, Typebot) in accordance with their own retention policies.
- Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' default retention settings, or as configured in our account.
7. Your rights (under GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:
- Access the data we (or our processors) hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Request data portability
- Withdraw cookie consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority

8. Cookies
We use cookies for essential site functionality, security, and (with your consent) analytics. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time via the cookie settings link at the bottom of the site, powered by Cookiebot.
